Our Services
Our services are rooted in the belief that your mental health journey doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it’s shaped by your lived experiences, identity, culture, and environment. Whether you’re seeking ongoing therapy, group connection, or support for an immigration case, our offerings are designed to meet you where you are, and move with you toward where you want to be.
Individual Therapy
Individual psychotherapy is a one-on-one therapeutic process in which a person works with a trained mental health professional to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and personal challenges. A psychotherapist working through a social justice lens recognizes that personal struggles are often shaped by broader social, cultural, and political contexts. Rather than viewing mental health challenges solely as internal or individual issues, this approach considers how systemic oppression affects a person’s emotional and psychological well-being.
