My Approach

Therapy is a partnership, and we will work collaboratively to achieve your goals.

I believe in providing a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for you to process and grow. Everyone’s needs are different, so I take a highly individualized approach approach in our work together.

My background as a community organizer has also taught me that community care is self-care, and that social justice work is also healing work. Systemic oppression impacts our lives in many ways, and I invite you to unpack those experiences  in our sessions.

Note: My practice is currently 100% virtual.

The healing that comes from the therapist-client relationship is powerful—but for POC, LGBTQIA+ folks, and people living with a disability, it can be hard to find someone who truly gets it.

I take a strength-based approach and believe that through compassion for ourselves and our lived experiences, we can build lives filled with deep connection and meaning.
